Republican MP Jeff Leach has been representing District 67 of the House of Representatives since 2013 and is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the Civil Law Committee. Joe Moody, a member of parliament from D-El Paso, has been representing District 78 in the House of Representatives since 2009 and is a deputy chairman of the House Calendar Committee.

Reich and Moody will discuss the criminal justice passed this year and the work they left behind in an interview with Texas Tribune criminal justice reporter Jolly McCullough.
