Two people were killed and five were injured after a crash Saturday at a drag racing event at Kerville, Kerrville County Airport, San Antonio-Kerville Police Station. Jonathan Lamb said.

No victims have been identified.

At around 3:20, according to Lamm, a car participating in the race “lost control, veered off the runway, collided with a parked vehicle and hit a crowd officially called “Race Wars 2”. I attacked. Four of the injured were taken to a hospital in San Antonio and a fifth to Peterson Community Medical Center.

Carville Police is investigating the matter.
