Senator Marsha Blackburn (Republican) said the Democratic spending plan would bankrupt the United States. Joe Biden’s agenda should really be called a “buildback break” because it costs more money than the United States, a Tennessee senator said in an interview on Sunday.

Blackburn said the Democratic Party was trying to institutionalize the country’s socialism. His remarks come amid protests from liberal members in Congress amid a Democratic-proposed $3.5 trillion spending package.

Republicans insisted that Democrats want to impose excessive government control.

“They want government control over health care, demoralize the military, shut down the church, and destroy your faith in the American system,” she insisted. “Here comes a socialist program that takes your life from cradle to graveyard, from sun to darkness.”

Blackburn also urged all Americans to oppose Biden’s “buildback break” agenda to preserve prosperity and constitutional liberties.
