San Antonio – The San Antonio Police Department is seeking help from the general public to find someone who may have stabbed a local TV account executive and stole a Lexus.
Christopher Olivares, 40, was found unresponsive at around 8 a.m. on Saturday in 300 blocks of Kirk Place near Garland Street on the southwest side. According to police, Olivares was lying in the yard, not responding, and what looked like a knife wound.
He was sentenced to death on the spot, and an autopsy later confirmed that he had died from a puncture wound.
Police initially said that police found the dog near the man, but found no witnesses. The dog was taken to an animal care service.
Detectives believe whoever stabbed Olivares stole his 2014 4-door white Lexus IS. Police said it was recovered on Tuesday afternoon and processed for evidence.
