San Antonio — A grand jury indictment obtained by KSAT 12 Defenders shows a man in San Antonio charged with sexually assaulting an only child for more than 12 years.
Robert Hose, 55, was charged by a grand jury in Bexar County on September 30 with three counts of persistent sexual abuse of a child, a felony.
Haus has been charged with multiple sexual assaults against the same victim from August 2008 to August 2018, when the victim was under the age of 14.
Haus was also accused of sexually assaulting the same victim in December last year and in early January this year, when the victim was under the age of 17. Shows the record of the prosecution.
Under the law used to prosecute Haus, the suspect’s sexual assault began when the victim was an infant.
Haus was arrested on Wednesday, but prison officials confirmed he would be released from prison on Thursday after paying off $100,000 in public debt.
He was previously convicted of robbery and domestic violence in Bexar County, but has not been convicted of a crime here since the mid-1990s.
According to records, the driver, who was arrested after colliding with the NE side house, was earlier found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to police, the couple is wanted for a robbery and is chopping up Dick’s sporting goods on the North Side.
