KAMPALA (Reuters) – Telecom company MTN Uganda’s initial public offering is expected to raise about $1.2 billion, Capital Markets Authority CEO Keith Kaligira said on Tuesday.

MTN Uganda had earlier said that it has approved the listing of its 20% stake.
