Lordstown Motors Ltd.
As of October 25, Adam Kroll has been appointed as the next Chief Financial Officer.
Kroll will replace Julio Rodriguez, who left the Ohio-based electric car maker in June. Rodriguez and then Lordstown CEO Steve Burns resigned after the board of directors determined that some of the company’s disclosures regarding pre-ordering trucks were inaccurate.
Since then, Rebecca Roof has been interim CFO. According to Lordstown, Roof will be at the company until the end of the year to help with the transition.
Since April, Mr. Kroll has been associated with hydrogen-powered commercial vehicle supplier Hyzone Motors Inc. I am its chief administrative officer. He previously worked as interim CFO at PSAV, a provider of family office and event technology services, to UPG Enterprise.
Early in his career, Mr. Kroll was an investment banker at JP Morgan.
Dan Nini Woodge replaced Mr Burns as Lordstown’s CEO in August.
